The Drake O'Connor school of Irish dance is based in Leicestershire. Classes are held at Woodhouse Eaves Village Hall and Markfield Community Centre.

 

Classes are fun, energetic and a great way to keep fit. Attending Irish dance classes is also a brilliant way to make new friends and learn a fantastic new art form.

The lessons are suitable for all abilities from beginner to open level.

We are a non competitive Irish dance school. However we do hold school competitions if dancers wish to compete in a fun and encouraging environment. 

As a school we also like to participate in shows and local displays. This is an excellent way to show family and friends the range of skills and techniques learnt within lessons and is also great fun too!
